At KAKI + SO, each order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged before making its way to you. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, KAKI + SO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.
Return Policy
We hope you love your KAKI + SO pieces as much as we loved creating them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging. Due to the nature of our small-batch collections, all sale items, promotional purchases, gift cards, and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
